Little G’s Pre-School is a 45 place nursery, for children up to the age of 5. It is our aim to create a safe, warm, and loving environment with quality childcare and early years education for all children in our care.

Who We Are
We, the Gronback family, opened our doors in April 2013, with our aim being to provide a ‘home from home’ setting where parents can feel that they are leaving their littles with extended family.
Through our own experiences of raising our very own children, and using various childcare providers, we understand the need to provide quality childcare. After our children had flown the nest, we decided to start our very own nursery! Every child that we take under our wing comes first, second, and third, in our list of priorities.
We continuously strive to be the best and maintain our high standards, so we ask ourselves ‘would I leave my child at Little G’s?’ – it is this regular self-evaluation that drives us forward to provide the very best care for each and every child.
Small Steps to Achieving Big Dreams
Tapestry Online Journal
Our Tapestry Online Journal system is available to all parents, allowing them to monitor their child’s progress daily. It’s a great system that all of our parents love. An extremely interactive and intuitive app, Tapestry is perfect for extending learning into the home.
Launched in 2018 as a ‘one stop shop’ for all things Little G’s, our school app is part of our ongoing pledge for continuous improvement in our service provision to our families and their littles.
The Ladybird Room - Under 2s
The Ladybird Room caters for littles up to the age of 2. The routine in The Ladybird Room is very much that of your little! We are extremely flexible in the way that we operate, in order to maintain your little one’s routine.
The Butterfly Room - Over 2s
We work with parents and of course the little ones themselves to ensure all children are ready to take their next step into The Butterfly Room. We have a 2 year co-ordinator that looks after the younger children to ensure their transition and development from The Ladybird Room is as easy as possible. This room is more structured in its running but also provides the flexibility in line with each individual child.
The Butterfly Room is very much focused on all the basic principles as outlined in The Ladybird Room but with a focus on preparing the littles for primary school. Our aim is to provide the littles with the best possible start in their early years education.
